  • Correct taxation of all employee income and IRP5 codes for SARS.

  • Administration of total leave days taken by employees in leave cycle (sick, annual, and family leave balances only).Provision of monthly electronic payroll reports that are customized to your needs.

  • Ensure all processing is done for timeous payment of staff’s wages/salaries on a designated monthly pay date.
  • Provision of information regarding third party payments, to be made by the client. (Union fees, garnishee orders, etc.).

  • Completion and provision of EMP201 to be submitted and paid to SARS (PAYE, UIF & SDL) monthly by client.

  • Provision of electronic banking file for internet transfers to employees as well as Payment/Remuneration list.

  • Provision of PDF VIP payslips to be emailed to client monthly for distribution.

  • Bi-annual and Annual Tax year end IRP submissions to SARS. (Administration fee applicable if client signed up after the bi-annual submissions).

  • Monthly submission of electronic UIF declaration to the department of labour on the client’s behalf.
